Ingredients

  • 6 eggs

  • ⅓ cup heavy cream

  • ¼ cup sugar

  • 1T. orange rind

  • 2 pkgs. (1 8-oz. and 1 3-oz.) cream cheese

  • 1/⅓ cups Angel Flake Coconut

Directions

Mix eggs, cream, sugar and rind in electric blender until smooth. Cut cream cheese into pieces and add to container with coconut. Blend at high speed for 10 seconds. Pour into buttered 1-quart casserole or soufflé dish. Bake at 375o for 50 minutes. Serve immediately. Makes about 5 cups or 6-8 servings. Note: Blended mixture can be chilled up to 2 ½ hours in casserole before baking; increase baking time to 1 hour.
