Pickled Eggs

  • eggs
  • 3 cups vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • alspice

Preparation

Step 1

Put alspice in cheese cloth and tie with string. Put vinegar, water , salt and alspice in a pan and boil for 10 minutes. Take bag out and let cool. Put boiled eggs in a jar and cover with brine.
