Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp butter OR margarine, melted
- Cinnamon
- Maple Syrup
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon. Combine the eggs, milk, and butter and stir the egg mixture into the dry ingredients just until the two are combined. Pour the batter by 1/4 cup fulls onto a lightly greased hot griddle. Sprinkle each pancake with cinnamon. Turn the pancakes over when bubbles form on the top of the pancake. Cook the pancakes until the second side is golden brown. Serve the pancakes with syrup. This recipe makes 8 pancakes.
