Grilled Pizza 1 Picture


  • 1 pounnd fresh or frozen pizza dough
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 large garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 cup shredded part skim mozarella cheese
  • 1 cup crumbled goat or feta cheese
  • 1/3 c Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup halved grape tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 Tbsp sliced basil leaves

Step 1

Heat grill to medium. Roll dough into two 10inch rounds and transfer to lightly floured baking sheet. Mis oil and garlic and brush onto dough. Transfer dough to gri;; and place oiled sides down. Brush the other side with oil mixture and grill until dough is golden brown on bottom, about 4 minutes.
Turn rounds over and sprinkle cheeses evenly over surgace. Toss tomatoes with oregano and spread tomatoes over cheese. Cover and grill until cheese melts and bottom is golden brown, about 4 minutes. Sprinkle with basil and cut in wedges.
