Cranberry Delight Spread

Ingredients

• Ingredients:
• • 1 8oz Package Cream Cheese
• • 2 Tsp. Concentrated Orange Juice
• • 1/8 Tsp. Cinnamon
• • 1 Tsp. Sugar
• • Zest of 1 Orange
• • ¼ Cup Finley chopped Pecans
• • ¼ Cup Finley chopped dried Cranberries
• Note: Allow the Cream Cheese to sit out on the counter for approx. 1 hour to soften before you begin.

Preparation

Step 1

Directions:

1. In a mixing bowl combine Cream Cheese, Concentrated Orange Juice, Cinnamon and Sugar.

2. Use an electric beater on Medium speed and blend until smooth.

3. Add Orange Zest, Cranberries and Pecans. Fold in until well mixed.

4. Refrigerate and garnish with sliced cranberries or zest of orange.


Note: Allow the Cream Cheese to sit out on the counter for approx. 1 hour to soften before you begin.
