Blue Cheese Butter

Ingredients

  • •3 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
  • •3 tablespoons crumbled American blue cheese (such as Maytag), room temperature
  • •1 1/2 teaspoons finely grated lemon peel
  • •1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh Italian parsley
  • •1 1/2 teaspoons freshly cracked black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Using fork, mix all ingredients in small bowl. Season with freshly ground black pepper.

DO AHEAD Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover; chill. Let stand at room temperature 1 hour before using.
