Ingredients
- 2 c. biscuit mix
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
Step 1
Drop by spoonfuls into a well greased 8 or 9 inch cake pan. Spread evenly. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven; cool a little, then split carefully. Pour 1/4 cup melted butter over bottom layer. Between layer and top, pour crushed mixture of 1 pint cleaned, sliced fresh strawberries and 2 thawed 10 oz. pkgs. sweetened, sliced, frozen strawberries. Serve cake while it is still warm, with pitcher of rich cream or whipped cream.
