Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup fresh mint
- 2 1/4 cups water
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 3 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 pouch liquid Certo

Step 1
Bring mint and water to a boil. Remove from heat anbd let stand for 10 minutes. Strain mint to get 1 3/4 cups mint juice. Put mint juice back in pot and add lemon juice and sugar. Stir well and boil over high heat for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add Certo. Stir and skim a few minutes. Pour hot jelly into warm sterilized jars. Seal.
