Ingredients

  • 1 C. Butter
  • ½ C. Confectioner Sugar
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • 1 C. finely chopped almonds/pecans
  • 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
  • 2 C. Sifted Flour

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 Degrees. Cream butter in mixing bowl. Gradually add confectioner sugar and salt. Continue creaming until light and fluffy. Add almonds(Pecans) and vanilla. Blend in flour gradually, mixing thoroughly. Shape into balls (tsp. for each). Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Do not brown. Cool slightly and roll in powdered sugar.
