Ingredients
- 2 lg. onions
- 1 T. cooking oil
- 3 T. Madras curry powder
- 4 chicken pieces
- 2 T. tomato puree
- 10 oz. water

Preparation
Step 1
Chop onions & cook gently in large heat proof casserole 3-4 minutes. Add curry powder and fry gently 5 minutes more, stirring constantly. Add chicken and fry 10 minutes more, then add tomatoe puree and water. Bring to a boil and bake in low oven (325) 1 ½ hours.
