  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 c sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c flour
  • 1.5 t baking soda
  • 2 t cinnamon
  • 1 t salt
  • 2 c grated carrot
  • 1 8 oz can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c raisins
  • 1/2 c nuts

Step 1

mix oil, sugar, eggs; add flour, soda, powder, cinnamon and salt. Mix and add carrots, pineapple, raisins and nuts. Three nine-inch prepared pans, bake at 350 for 30 min. Use cream cheese icing.
