Ingredients
- 2 lbs cubed steak
- 1 Yellow Onion, quartered
- 4 carrots cut into 1 inch slices
- 4 celery cut into 1 inch slices
- 1 green pepper, seeded, cut into 1 inch slices
- 1 and 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 can (14 ounces) of chopped tomatoes with juice
- 1 cup red wine
- 1 potato cut into 1 inch cubes

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 300. Combine all in a sprayed/oiled dutch oven. Cover and bake for 4 hours
*better to brown meat first with light coating of flour and put foil then cover on dutch oven
