Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1 bell pepper, (can be green, yellow or red)
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 onion
- 2 slices dried bread or stuffing mix
- 2 carrots
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons Morton Meat Loaf Seasoning
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine bell pepper, celery, onion & bread in food processor and chop finely. Shred Carrot. Combine ground beef and pork in large bowl and mix together. Add Vegetables and mix up. This is best done by hand! Make an indentation in middle of mixture and add eggs and meat loaf seasoning. Mix. It should be able to hold its shape. If not, add more bread crumbs.
Turn into a flat pan with an inner sheet that has holes that allow grease to drain off. Form into a loaf shape. Make cross hatches across the top just into surface. Spread catsup or pepper jelly on top. Bake for at least 1 hour, or until temp reaches 160 degrees internally.
