Ingredients

  • 1 cups crushed pretzels
  • 3/4 cup melted butter or margarine
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 9oz Cool Whip
  • 1 large package strawberry Jell-O
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 10 oz frozen strawberries still frozen

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together pretzels, melted butter or margarine and 3 teaspoons sugar. Pat on bottom of 9 X 13 inch pan. Bake at 400° for 8 – 10 minutes. Let cool.

Mix together cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and Cool Whip. Spread over pretzels.

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Let cool slightly. Add frozen strawberries to Jell-O mixture. Let jell slightly. Pour on top of cream cheese layer. Chill.
