Ingredients
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 tea. pepper
- Two 4-5 lb. racks pork spareribs
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all marinade ingredients.
Pull membrane from ribs.
Coat the ribs on both sides with the marinade; wrap in plastic and refrigerate overnight.
