Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Lamb
- 1 Russett Potato, peeled and diced
- 1 Onion, peeled and diced
- 1 Can Diced Tomatoes
- 4 tsp Garam Masala
- Garlic Powder
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet, brown Lamb and crumble. Remove lamb to a bowl
Add potatoes to the pan and a little water, cover and simmer until potatoes start to soften - about 4 minutes.
Add Onion and cook on medium until onions start to soften. Then add the lamb, tomatoes and spices. Mix well, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Serve with curried rice.
