Ingredients
- 6 oz semi sweet choc chips
- 2 oz unsweetened choc
- 12 tbls butter
- 12 tbs sugar
- 4 eggs
- 12 tbs flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbs unsweetened cocoa
Preparation
Step 1
Lightly butter ramekins with butter and set aside.
In top of double boiler place semi-sweet and unsweetened chocolate and stir until melted.
Remove from heat and stire in butter and sugar until smooth
Add eggs, flour, baking powder and cocoa.
With electric mixer beat at med-high speed until pale and vaery thick, about 5 minutes,
Place mixture in ramekins, cover with plastic and freeze for at least 3 hours.
preheat oven 375
Place ramekins on middle shelf and bake until edges are set by centeres are still shiny, about 10 minutes
Invert onto plates and serve immediatley, garnish with whipped cream or ice cream.
