Pork and Peach Skewers

  • 3 Tbs Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 3 Tbs Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Hoisin Sauce
  • 2 Tbs Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tbs Grated Ginger Root
  • 1 Lb Pork Tenderloin
  • 2 Firm, Ripe Peaches, peeled and cut into 1" cubes

Cooking time 24mins


Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine first 6 ingredients; mix well. Cut tenderloin into 1" cubes and add to bowl. Mix to coat with marinade. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours. When ready to serve, prepare peaches and heat grill. Place prok cubes and peach cubes alternately on small skewers. Grill over medium coals for 7-9 minutes, turning frequently, until pork is cooked and peaches are tender.
