Cooked Icing for Red Cake

Ingredients

• 5 Tbsp of Flour
• 1 cup of milk
• 1 cup of sugar
• 1 cup of butter
• 1 tsp of vanilla
• 1/2 box (1 lb) powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix Four and Milk and cook until thick (really thick) stirring constantly. Let Cool

Beat 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of butter, 1 tsp of vanilla, beat until creamy, then add ½ box (1lb) of powdered sugar. Add flour mixture and continue beating until consistency to spread between layers and on top.
