Ingredients
- Topping:
- 2 lbs. sweet potatoes, peeled
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar (packed)
- 1 cup pecans; chopped
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 tbsp. butter
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Mix sweet potatoes, butter, milk, eggs, salt, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla together; real well. Pour into 2 quart casserole dish.
Mix topping ingredients and spread over potatoes. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees; for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and slightly firm.
