Buckeye Candy

Ingredients

  • 2 C. Creamy Peanut Butter (not all-natural)
  • 1/2 stick butter softened
  • 3 3/4 C. powdered suger
  • 2 C. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

1. Line baking sheet with wax paper.
2. Beat peanut butter and butter in LG. mixer bowl until creamy.
3. Beat in powdered sugar until mixture holds together and is moistened.
4. Shape into 1 in. balls. Place on baking sheet and freeze for 1 hr.
5. Melt chips, and dip peanut butter balls into melted chips. Return to baking sheet and refrigerate until chocolate is set.
