Watermelon, arugula and pistachio salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb seeded watermelon
  • 1 Tbs. maple syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons Sherry or White Wine
  • 1-2 Tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup Salted Pistachio's

Preparation

Step 1

Cut or ball watermelon into bite size pieces
Wisk together:
maple syrup, sherry and basil

Pour over watermelon, serve melon mixture over Arugula and top with chopped Pistachio's. Serve immediately.
