Shortcut Chicken Cordon Bleu
- 1 TBS butter
- 4 chicken breasts cut into cubes
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 2 TBS water
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped ham
- egg noodles
1. Heat butter in a skillet, add chicken, cook until done.
2. Add soup, water, ham and cheese. Heat to a boil, cover and cook over low heat until done.
3. Cook egg noodles and serve ham and cheese mixture over noodles.
