Monkey Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 tubes Hungry Jack Buttermilk Biscuits
  • 2/3 cup White Sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon - divided
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • 1 1/2 stick Margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Cut the biscuits into 1/4's. Place in ziploc bag. Combine white sugar and 1 tsp of cinnamon pour into ziploc. Add chopped pecans and shake to coat well.
Empty bag into a greased bunt pan.
Heat to boiling the margarine, brown sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon. Pour over biscuits.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Turn over onto plate for 20 minutes to cool. Remove bunt pan.
