- 2 frozen boxes of creamed spinach (cook in microwave as directed)
- 2 cans of artichoke hearts (chop in cuisinart)
- 1 8oz block of pepperjack (shred)
- 1 cup of parmesian
- 2 cloves of garlic (mince)
- Tobasco to taste
