Mina's Pecan Pralines

Ingredients

• 2 cups granulated suger
• 1 cup brown suger
• 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
• 1 stick butter
• 1 cup evaporated milk
• 3 cups chopped pecans
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Preparation

Step 1

1. Bring all ingredients to a boil and simmer 25 minutes or until candy forms a hard ball.
2. Remove fro heat.
3. Cool 10 minutes.
4. Spoon onto waxed paper.
