Ingredients
- 2 Tbls Cornstarch
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp pepper
- 2 1/2 Cups Milk
- 2 Tbls Butter/Margarine
- 2 Cups Shredded cheddar (set some aside for top)
- 1 Can Stewed tomatos
- 8 oz Elbows

Step 1
1. Combine Cornstarch, Salt & Pepper in medium saucepan.
2. Stir in milk and butter.
3. Stir consistently and bring to a boil over medium high heat.
4. Remove from heat.
5. Add 1 3/4 Cups cheese until blended
6. Add cheese mixture to cooked elbows.
7. Add can of stewed tomatoes
8. Add to baking dish.
9. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over top and add rest of cheese.
10. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 25 mins
