Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs Italian sausage
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 3/4 c milk
- 1/2 c grated Parmesan
- fettucini

Preparation
Step 1
Remove sausage from casing and brown in olive oil. Drain excess oil from pan. Add cream cheese, milk and cheese. Mix well until smooth.
Serve over cooked fettucini.
