Ingredients
- 2 C Regular Plain Yogurt
- 2 Cloves of Garlic finely chopped
- 1/2 Tsp salt
- 1 English Cucumber finely diced
- 1 Tsp virgin oil
- Chopped Dill (Optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Whip all the ingredients in a mixing bowl until they are well mixed and creamy.
Serve with crudites or plain. It goes very well with Fried Zucchini or Eggplant
