Ingredients
- 1 lb white chocolate
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup coconut, toasted
- 1/3 cup sliced natural almonds, toasted
- 2 oz semisweet chocolate
- 1/4 tsp vegetable shortening

Preparation
Step 1
Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. In medium saucepan, melt white chocolate. Remove from heat and stir in half the cranberries, coconut and almonds. In small saucepan, melt semisweet chocolate with shortening. Spread white chocolate onto a 10" x 12" rectangle on the prepared baking sheet. Top with spoonfuls of semisweet chocolate, swirl with knife. Sprinkle with reserved cranberries, almonds and coconut. Chill until firm, about 30 minutes. Break into about 24 irregular pieces.
