  • 2 carrots, peeled and thinly sliced on an angle
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbls cider vinegar
  • 1 tbls fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbl sugar
  • 1 tbl chopped cilentro
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
