Ingredients

  • 30 lbs. fish fillets
  • 2 lbs. 103/150 shrimp
  • 1 lbs. claw crabmeat
  • 5 lbs. potatoes(boiled)
  • 3 lbs. onions
  • 1 lbs bell pepper
  • 2 lbs. bread crums
  • salt
  • cayenne
  • garlic
  • 5 lbs. seasoned flour

Preparation

Step 1

1. Season fish, shrimp & crabmeat mix throughly.
2. Ground up mix with onions, bellpepper, potatoes and bread crum.
3. Mix again throughly.
4. Scoop each boullet using a 1.5 ounce disher.
5. Roll in seasoned flour and deep fry for 8 minutes @ 350 degrees.
6. Serve with Creole sauce over rice.
