- 2 qt. Heavy Cream
- 1 qt. Half and Half
- 24 oz. Sugar
- 2 Vanilla Beans
- 36 Egg Yolks
- 6 Whole Eggs

Preparation
Step 1
Bake in custard cups on sheet tray filled with water most of the way up the cups. Cover sheet with another tray. Bake at 300 F for 33 minutes. Check and cook till set.
