Ingredients

  • 3/4 c HOH
  • 1/2 T butter
  • 1/2 t salt>>>>>>>>bring to a boil
  • 1/2 c couscous> stir in, remove from heat, cover, let stand 5 min.
  • 1 1/2 T butter>> melt
  • 3/4 c slivered almonds> add & stir til lightly browned.
  • 3/4 c HOH
  • 1 c chopped dates
  • 1/2 c chopped dried apricots>>add, simmer til most of
  • the liquid is absorbed (5min). Fluff couscous, add to
  • fruit mixture, toss.
  • Serve topped w/ whipped cream.
  • 1 c dates, chopped\1/2 c chopped dried apricots
