A rub for chicken

Ingredients

• BEER CAN CHICKEN RUB
• ½ CUP KOSHER SALT
• ½ CUP SUGAR
• ½ CUP GROUND BLACK PEPPER
• ½ CUP PAPRIKA

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together. Rub 2 tablespoons on chicken and cook on medium heat grill or in 350 deg.oven until done.
