Corn Fritters

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • ½ cup milk

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • ¾ teaspoon salt

  • Corn, as much as you like

  • 1½ teaspoons vegetable oil

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together. Fry up the fritters in a pan like you would pancakes. Serve the fritters on their own or as side dish.
