Ingredients

• 1 LB tofu
• 3/4 c PB
• 1/2 c honey
• 1/4 c oil
• 1 t vanilla
• 1/8 t salt>>>blend in a blender till smooth & creamy
• Pour into a baked 9" pie shell.
• Decorate with semi sweet chocolate shaving.
• Freeze.
• Let thaw for 10 min before serving.
