Yumm Sauce for Yumm Bowls
This is so great with a bowl of cooked rice. Add grilled chicken, tomatoes, geen onions, sour cream, black beans, cilantro anything to make like a salad minus the lettuce. Make is as healthy as you want. Also this sauce is good when grilling.

Ingredients
- 1/2cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1 can of garbanzo beans drained
- 1/2 cup silken tofu
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast ( not is the same as active dry yeast)
- 2 tsp. of ponzu sauce (sold with soy sauce)
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/4 tsp. curry
- 1/4 tsp. groung cumin

Step 1
Put in blender and blend until it relatively smooth. Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Makes 1 quart.
