  • 3 tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • 2 bags Success White or Brown Rice
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion (2 bunches)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (just enough to sauté onions)
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame oil



Step 1

Prepare rice according to package directions; drain. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet. Add onions, sauté 1 minute. Put onions to one side of skillet, add eggs; scramble. Stir in peas, bell pepper, garlic powder, rice, and soy sauce and sesame oil; heat thoroughly.
