Ingredients

  • 1 3.5 oz. tube FRENCH'S® FLAVOR Infuser™ Caribbean Jerk
  • 3 to 4 lbs. pork tenderloin or pork loin

Preparation

Step 1

Unscrew tip of infuser, remove seal, and replace tip.

Inject tip into pork, lightly squeeze tube while slowly removing. Repeat evenly over entire tenderloin. Pour any remaining marinade on top.

Let stand for 10 minutes to allow flavor to infuse in pork. Grill or bake 30 to 45 minutes or until internal temperature registers 160°F.
