- 1 Stick of butter
- 6 Tbls olive oil
- 3 tbls fresh chopped garlic
- 1 tsp salt'2 tbls minced parsley
- 12 ozs spaghetti
Melt butter in medium saucepan over low heat. Add olive oil then garlic and salt. Cook 5 to 6 mins, stirring until garlic is barely brown. Remove the pan from heat and use a spoon to remove most of garlic from sauce. Stir in parsley. Heat 4 quarts of water in pot with tsp salt and tsp olive oil. When boiling add spaghettic and cook until noodles are aldented about 7 minutes. Drain and return spaghetti to pot. Immediately pour on sauce and stir over low heat 1 minute remove from heat, cover and let stand 5 minutes.
