Ingredients
- 2 packages lite firm silken tofu
- 3/4 cup agave or maple syrup
- 3 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
Preparation
Step 1
In food processor or blender, whip tofu until smooth. Heat agave nectar for 90 seconds in microwave on medium high. Pour over cocoa powder and stir until smooth. Add vanilla.
Add chocolate mixture to tofu and continue blending for 1 minutes.
Pour into dessert cups or graham cracker pie shell and chill for 1-2 hours. Optional: Garnish with shredded coconut, raspberries, or banana slices.
