Sausage Stuffed Green Peppers

  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 lb. Italian Sausage
  • 1 med. onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 cup shredded mozzerela cheese
  • 4 med. green peppers, seeded & cut in half length wise
  • 2 cups italian sauce


Servings 8


Step 1

Cook sausage, add oregano, onion & cook until tender. Poor off fat, stir in cheese.

Arrange peppers in baking dish, pour meat sauce over peppers. Cover and back at 400 deg. until peppers are tender.
