Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 lb. Italian Sausage
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 cup shredded mozzerela cheese
- 4 med. green peppers, seeded & cut in half length wise
- 2 cups italian sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Cook sausage, add oregano, onion & cook until tender. Poor off fat, stir in cheese.
Arrange peppers in baking dish, pour meat sauce over peppers. Cover and back at 400 deg. until peppers are tender.
