Ingredients
- 1 sliced English cucumber
- 3/4 lb. trimmed and halved sugar snap peas
- 1 c plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 c white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- salt
- black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Toss cucumber with peas, yogurt, vinegar, and caraway seeds. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for up to 8 hr. before serving.
