Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- vanilla wafers
Preparation
Step 1
Mix first five ingredients until light and fluffy. Line muffin tins with papers. Put a vanilla wafer in bottom of each. Fill cup 1/2 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Top with pie filling of your choice. Makes 24.
