Ingredients
- 2 c cooked wild rice
- 1 c bread crumbs
- 1/3 c pecans, chopped
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 oz mushroom pieces (about 3 big ones)
- 2 oz pimientos
- 2 T oil

Step 1
Mix everything together except oil.
Heat oil.
Scoop mixture by 1/3 cupfuls into skillet. Flatten to 1/2. "
Cook 6 minutes, turning once, until brown.
