Roast pork with peach sauce

Ingredients

  • Pork loin roast
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Onion powder
  • 1 can sliced peaches in heavy syrup
  • ½ cup chili sauce
  • 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 3 Tblsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tspn pumpkin pie spice

  • 1 Tbsp corn starch
  • 2 Tbsp
  • Cooked egg noodles

Step 1


1.Coat a crock pot with cooking spray. Place roast in pot season w s,p,o.

2. Drain the peaches reserving the syrup. Whisk chili sauce, sugar, cider, pumpkin spice into the syrup

3. Pour syrup over roast scatter peaches on top, Cook for 3 hours on Hi 6 hrs on Lo

4. Cook noodles according to package directions.

5. Remove peaches and meat from pot let rest 10 minutes. Put sauce in pan. Dissolve cornstarch in water. Bring sauce to a boil, gradually add cornstarch mixture until thickened.

6. Slice meat and pour sauce over scatter peaches over top.
