Ingredients
- 3 lbs chicken wings
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 cups honey
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Rinse chicken and pat dry with paper towels. Cut off and discard wing tips. Cut eath wing at joint to make two sections. Sprinkle wings wit salt and pepper. Place wings on broiler pan. Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat for 20 minutes, 10 minutes a side or until chicken is brown. Transfer chicken to slow cooker.
For asuce, combine honey, soy sauce, ketchup, oil and garlic in bowl. Pour over chicken wings. Cover and cook on low 4 to 5 hours or on high 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Garnish with sesame seeds, if desired.
