Corn salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz. ) pkg. shoe corn, cooked and drained
  • 2/3 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 2 tab. chopped fresh parsley
  • 3/4 teas. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teas. garlic powder

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover and refrigerate eight hours, tossing occasionally.
