Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken livers
- 3 tblspn mayonnaise
- 3 tblspn lemon juice
- 2 tblspn soft butter
- 1 tblspn fine chopped onion
- 8-10 drops tabasco
- 1/2 tspn salt
- 1/2 tspn dry mustard
- dash of pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cook liver in butter until no longer pink, put in blender with other ingredients, blending well. Put in mold and chill several hours.
